Grate the lemons and reserve the zest, squeeze them and reserve the juice as well.
In a saucepan, mix the lemon juice, eggs, and sugar, stirring constantly with a whisk until the mixture thickens. Add the zest.
Strain this cream by passing it through a colander, stirring with a wooden spoon, and let it cool.
Add the yogurt and mix well.
Serve in 6 deep plates and place in the refrigerator for one hour.
