  • Grind the Maria cookies into a fine powder.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the butter until you form a homogeneous mixture. Place the mixture in the container where you will serve the pie and refrigerate.
  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and lemon juice. Once mixed, add the zest.
  • Fill the container with the base and return to refrigeration.
  • In a bowl, prepare the meringue by whipping the cream, place the cream over the pie and decorate with the lemon peel strips.
