1 mango
380 grams cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
1 stick unsalted butter

Crush the cookies very well and mix them with previously melted butter until you achieve a dough, then place it at the bottom of the mold.
Start by beating the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Let the gelatin sit in water for five minutes, after resting, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds and add it to the cheese mixture.
Once everything is mixed, add the mango cut into cubes and refrigerate for 3 hours.
