1 can evaporated milk, previously frozen for 30 min. for the mousse base
1 cup icing sugar, (180 gr) for the mousse base
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, (7 gr) for the mousse base
1/4 cups water, (60 ml) for the mousse base
1 mango, chopped (you choose the flavor)
8 strawberries, blended (you choose the flavor)
1 banana, ground (you choose the flavor)
1 mamey, (you choose the flavor)
10 sticks semisweet chocolate, put it in a double boiler with butter until it melts, (you choose the flavor)

Whip the evaporated milk with the sugar until it doubles in volume and set aside.
Add the gelatin previously hydrated in water and dissolved in a double boiler. Incorporate along with the ingredient you selected earlier, all with folding movements.
Pour into cups and refrigerate for 2 hours. Decorate to your liking and serve.
