Blend well 1 cup of natural fat-free yogurt (150 grams), one packet of calorie-free sweetener, and 1 cup of fresh or thawed blackberries.
Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of room temperature water and mix it well until it thickens. Microwave it for 10 seconds and stir it with the yogurt. Make sure it is well mixed.
Place it in the refrigerator until it sets.
