Blackberry Mousse

Try this blackberry mousse recipe; it is delicious and ideal for a low-carb dessert for diabetics or for anyone on a diet. It turns out delicious.

  • 150 grams low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 envelope no calorie sweetener
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh or thawed
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cups water

  • Blend well 1 cup of natural fat-free yogurt (150 grams), one packet of calorie-free sweetener, and 1 cup of fresh or thawed blackberries.
  • Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of room temperature water and mix it well until it thickens. Microwave it for 10 seconds and stir it with the yogurt. Make sure it is well mixed.
  • Place it in the refrigerator until it sets.
