1/4 cups unsalted butter
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
200 grams dark chocolate
1 1/2 tablespoons ground coffee
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup water
10 grains coffee , chopped

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
Add the coffee liqueur, the coffee powder, and the water.
Add the egg yolks one by one, then the vanilla, and let cool. Once lukewarm, add the coffee beans.
Beat the cream and the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar.
Fold the cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
Serve in clear glasses and refrigerate.
