4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, dissolved in 1/2 cup of water

Hydrate the gelatin from the beginning, let it harden, and place it in a double boiler to melt over very low heat.
In the blender, place the strawberries, Stevia or Splenda, and the liqueur of your choice. Blend
In a bowl, beat the whipping cream with the powdered sugar at medium speed until it thickens and does not fall when you turn the bowl upside down.
With the melted gelatin, gradually add it to the blender with the strawberry mixture, sugar, and liqueur, blending continuously until perfectly integrated.
With both blended and whipped mixtures, integrate the strawberry blend into the cream, continuing to beat and gradually integrating until you have a single mixture.
Pour into the mold or molds and let it set for about 20-30 minutes.
With the chopped strawberries, add a bit of liqueur to your taste and sugar. Let them marinate until you serve the mousse.
