Creamy Strawberry Mousse

  • Hydrate the gelatin from the beginning, let it harden, and place it in a double boiler to melt over very low heat.
  • In the blender, place the strawberries, Stevia or Splenda, and the liqueur of your choice. Blend
  • In a bowl, beat the whipping cream with the powdered sugar at medium speed until it thickens and does not fall when you turn the bowl upside down.
  • With the melted gelatin, gradually add it to the blender with the strawberry mixture, sugar, and liqueur, blending continuously until perfectly integrated.
  • With both blended and whipped mixtures, integrate the strawberry blend into the cream, continuing to beat and gradually integrating until you have a single mixture.
  • Pour into the mold or molds and let it set for about 20-30 minutes.
  • With the chopped strawberries, add a bit of liqueur to your taste and sugar. Let them marinate until you serve the mousse.
