Ghost Chocolate Mousse

  • 3/4 cups whipping cream, hot 3/4 cups whipping cream, hot
  • 1 1/2 sticks chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream, semi-whipped 1 cup whipping cream, semi-whipped
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cups Great Value® classic chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted 1/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 190 grams Great Value® cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups white chocolate, melted
  • 4 cookies, oval sandwiches

  • 8 fondant, in the shape of pumpkins, for decoration

  • For the mousse, in a bowl mix the hot whipping cream with the milk chocolate until integrated. Gently fold in the semi-whipped cream, then add the raspberries and mix. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the crushed cookies with the melted dark chocolate. Set aside.
  • With the help of a mixer, cream the cream cheese and add the melted white chocolate. Place the mixture in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.
  • Decorate the cookies with the melted chocolate with the letters R.I.P to simulate tombstones. Let it dry.
  • Fill transparent cups with the chocolate and raspberry mousse, smoothing the surface with a spoon. Place the cookie mixture to simulate the soil.
  • Decorate half of the cups with the white chocolate cream, forming ghosts. Simulate the eyes and mouth with the melted chocolate. For the other half, decorate them with cookies and fondant pumpkins. Buy HERE
