Slowly beat the 2 cream cheeses with the 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk and set aside.
Beat 2 cups of heavy cream until the cream forms peaks without collapsing.
Soak the gelatin in a little water just until the gelatin is covered, add the vanilla extract along with the lemon juice, and mix until incorporated.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Add the mixture of gelatin, lemon, and vanilla to the mixture from step 4 and beat until incorporated.
Form a layer of María cookies at the bottom of your mold and around the mold for decoration, add a layer of mixture over each layer of María cookies and repeat until the mold is full.
Freeze in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours and then keep refrigerated.
