The mousse we present here is exquisite; it consists of 3 layers of delicious flavor: coffee, glorias, and vanilla. A different and very tasty dessert to share with your friends, plus it won't take you more than 25 minutes to prepare.
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a double boiler (15 g)
1 tablespoon espresso coffee
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 glorias Las Sevillanas®
Las Sevillanas® wafers, to taste (for decoration)

Beat in the electric mixer for 5 minutes at medium speed until soft peaks form. Add the sugar and refrigerate.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of milk and the espresso coffee. Mix until dissolved.
In another bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of milk and 3 pieces of Glorias Las Sevillanas®. Place the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Take the whipped cream out of the refrigerator, add the gelatin, and mix with a spatula in a folding motion to avoid losing volume.
Divide the whipped cream into 3, mix one with vanilla, another with coffee, and the last one with Glorias Las Sevillanas®.
In a glass or cup, place a layer of coffee mousse, a layer of vanilla mousse, and finally, a layer of Glorias Las Sevillanas® mousse. Decorate with wafers.
