A delicious orange mousse to finish a lovely meal with a golden touch. This orange mousse is light and delightful.

  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in cold water and dissolved in a double boiler
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 orange, seedless, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 20 grams peppermint, for decoration
  • 1 orange zest, for decoration

  • After hydrating the gelatin and heating it, strain it.
  • Blend the yogurt, orange zest, honey, gelatin, and orange.
  • Pour into cups.
  • Garnish with honey, remaining zest, and 1 mint leaf.
