Strawberry Yoghurt Mousse

Enjoy all the flavor of Vitalinea® natural Greek style with a chocolate granola base and a soft and creamy strawberry yoghurt mousse, decorated with red fruits. It's the perfect dessert to share.

  • 2 cups granola
  • 3/4 cups white chocolate, melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese, (190 g each)
  • 1/4 cups honey, (50 ml)
  • 2 cups Vitalinea® greek style yogurt
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 14 g (rehydrated and melted)
  • 1/2 cups strawberry jam
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration
  • blackberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the granola and white chocolate, place in a mold, and press to compact.
  • Beat the cream cheese, honey, and Vitalinea® natural Greek style until smooth and creamy, add the previously melted gelatin. Divide the mixture into two parts.
  • Add the strawberry jam to one part and mix very well.
  • Place a bit of yoghurt mousse, add a few tablespoons of strawberry mousse and with the help of a toothpick, swirl a bit to gently mix the colors, pour the rest of the strawberry mousse.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Unmold and decorate with red fruits and mint.
