White Chocolate and Blueberry Vodka Mousse

For after a nice Christmas dinner, a delicious super light dessert; if you don't have much time, you can make it a day in advance, super simple, quick, and with few ingredients.

  • 350 grams white chocolate
  • 300 milliliters whipping cream
  • 30 milliliters vodka , blueberry
  • 100 grams cranberries, dry
  • 125 milliliters water

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
  • Whip the cream until it is firm with a consistency similar to whipped cream.
  • Once the chocolate is warm, add half of the cream to the chocolate, gently folding the cream with soft movements until mixed, then proceed to add the rest of the cream and the vodka, folding in the same way until everything is well combined.
  • Serve it in cups, glasses, or the containers where you will present it and refrigerate.
  • Bring the blueberries and water to a boil, and once they are soft, blend them to make a sauce; if you like, you can add a splash of vodka, wait for it to cool, and set aside.
  • Once we are ready to serve the dessert, we put a little of our sauce on top of our mousse and enjoy.
