250 grams white chocolate
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 1/2 teaspoons mint essence
1 egg
caramels, to taste
red food coloring, necessary amount

Low
Place the white chocolate, mint extract, and milk in a double boiler. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Separate the egg whites and yolks from the three eggs. Add the egg yolks to the white chocolate mixture.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add them to the mixture until everything is well incorporated.
Separate the mousse into two parts and add a little red food coloring to one.
Layer the mousse in jars or glasses, alternating the colors.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Crush the candy canes and sprinkle them on top.
