A very easy recipe to make, soft in flavor and texture, quite different from what one is used to, and you can use light products. There are very few ingredients, and you achieve an unusual dessert.

1 can evaporated milk
1 envelope lime gelatin
1 cup water
10 María cookies

Freeze evaporated milk for 3 to 4 hours.
Dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of water and let cool without setting.
Whip the milk until it triples in size, the ice is removed, and it has a fluffy consistency.
Incorporate the gelatin, unset but cold, while continuing to whip.
Place in a mold or baking dish and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Crush the María cookies and set aside a small portion for decoration when serving.
