Mango Chamoy Popsicles

  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 envelopes Pure Via Stevia®
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon piquín chile powder
  • 1/2 cups mango, cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons chamoy

  • Combine mango, lime juice, Pure Via Stevia® packets, water, and chile powder in a blender and blend until incorporated.
  • In popsicle molds, add mango cubes, a bit of chamoy, and fill with previous preparation.
  • Place popsicle sticks and freeze 3 hours or until are completely solid. Unmold mango chamoy popsicles and enjoy.
