Cold Lemon Cake

With this recipe you can prepare the classic Lemon Frio Cake that is served on a base of Galletas Marias, it is one of the easiest and richest desserts to prepare so you can serve it on any occasion.

  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 3 packages María cookies
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can table cream

  • Blend the juice of the lemons with the two milks and the half cream.
  • In a refractory mold are placed one layer of the preparation and one of biscuits, thus alternating successively to finish with a layer of the liquefied.
  • When finished, put in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it is served. Ideally, serve cold.
