Cold Yogurt Pie

Creamy cold Yogurt Lala® pie Greek style with red fruits and chunks of strawberries, with a cinnamon cookie crust. This is an easy red fruit pie, perfect for a light and delicious dessert.

  • 2 cups cookies, cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Yoghurt Lala® Greek style red fruits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • For the crust, place the cinnamon cookies in a bag and crush them until they become powder, pour into a bowl and mix with the melted butter until it forms a paste.
  • Place the previous mixture in an individual container and press down to completely cover the surface; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • For the filling, blend the cream cheese with the Yogurt Lala® Greek style red fruits, vanilla, and strawberry.
  • Pour into the container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve and decorate with Yogurt Lala® Greek style red fruits, strawberries, and mint.
