No one can resist this condensed milk gelatin filled with strawberry. It is the perfect dessert to share at any gathering made with just 8 ingredients. With this combination of flavors, you'll be amazed!
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
1 1/2 cups strawberries, cut to the size of the mold, washed and disinfected
2 cups condensed milk
2 cups cow's milk
1 cup evaporated milk
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
strawberries, for decoration
peppermint, for decoration

Dissolve the packet of strawberry gelatin in hot water and add the gelatin. Mix very well.
Pour a ladle into a round mold of 10 cm in diameter, refrigerate until set.
Place the strawberries on the set gelatin and pour the rest of the strawberry gelatin, refrigerate until set. Unmold and set aside.
Heat the milk with the condensed milk, evaporated milk, add the gelatin and mix very well to avoid lumps. Cool to room temperature making sure it doesn't set.
Pour 2 ladles of milk gelatin into a round mold of 20 cm in diameter, refrigerate until set.
Place the strawberry gelatin on the milk gelatin and pour the rest of the gelatin until covered. Refrigerate until completely set.
Unmold and decorate with strawberries and mint.
