Condensed Milk Gelatin with Strawberry

No one can resist this condensed milk gelatin filled with strawberry. It is the perfect dessert to share at any gathering made with just 8 ingredients. With this combination of flavors, you'll be amazed!

  • 4 cups water, hot
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, cut to the size of the mold, washed and disinfected
  • 2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • strawberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Dissolve the packet of strawberry gelatin in hot water and add the gelatin. Mix very well.
  • Pour a ladle into a round mold of 10 cm in diameter, refrigerate until set.
  • Place the strawberries on the set gelatin and pour the rest of the strawberry gelatin, refrigerate until set. Unmold and set aside.
  • Heat the milk with the condensed milk, evaporated milk, add the gelatin and mix very well to avoid lumps. Cool to room temperature making sure it doesn't set.
  • Pour 2 ladles of milk gelatin into a round mold of 20 cm in diameter, refrigerate until set.
  • Place the strawberry gelatin on the milk gelatin and pour the rest of the gelatin until covered. Refrigerate until completely set.
  • Unmold and decorate with strawberries and mint.
