2 eggs
500 grams corn flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
120 grams unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons baking powder

In a bowl, add the condensed milk, eggs, flour, ground cinnamon, butter, salt, and baking powder, then mix until you get a soft and smooth dough.
Make small balls and flatten them until you achieve the desired shape.
Cook the gorditas in a skillet until they are golden brown on both sides.
