Cookie in a Pan with Nutella

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • cooking spray, for greasing
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella®
  • strawberries, in slices, for serving
  • cow's milk, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a mixer, cream the butter with the sugar, add the egg and vanilla, and beat on low speed. Incorporate the dry ingredients without overmixing.
  • Grease an oven-safe pan with a little cooking spray and pour the cookie mixture to ¾ full, spreading it until smooth, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Bake the cookie for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180°C for another 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Once the cookie is cool, cut into slices and serve. Spread each slice with a tablespoon of Nutella® using the stencils that come in the packaging.
  • Serve with strawberries and a glass of milk.
