  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chip cookie, chopped
  • cookies, for decoration
  • chocolate syrup , for decoration

  • In a mixer, beat the cream with the powdered sugar until it doubles in size; remove the bowl from the mixer and add the cookies; gently fold in using a spatula.
  • Use a deep or baking dish to add the cream and cookie mixture; freeze.
