Grease an 8x8 pyrex and line it with parchment paper, leaving a few centimeters of paper hanging over each side.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir continuously until fully melted. Let it cool for about 2 minutes.
Add 15 crushed Oreos to the chocolate and mix them together. Pour the mixture into the previously greased and lined pyrex, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Crush the remaining 3 Oreos and sprinkle them over the mixture.
Let it cool for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Finally, remove the chocolate along with the parchment paper and cut it into smaller pieces with a fork to create bars or squares as shown in the picture.
