Cookies N' Cream Chocolate

  • 280 grams white chocolate chips
  • 18 OREO cookies

  • Grease an 8x8 pyrex and line it with parchment paper, leaving a few centimeters of paper hanging over each side.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir continuously until fully melted. Let it cool for about 2 minutes.
  • Add 15 crushed Oreos to the chocolate and mix them together. Pour the mixture into the previously greased and lined pyrex, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Crush the remaining 3 Oreos and sprinkle them over the mixture.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  • Finally, remove the chocolate along with the parchment paper and cut it into smaller pieces with a fork to create bars or squares as shown in the picture.
