Delight everyone in your family with these cute and delicious Cookies 'n' Creme alfajores shaped like trees, which not only have a super tasty flavor but are also easy to prepare thanks to Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Powder.
1 cup Hershey's Bitter Chocolate Pastry Bar, finely chopped
1/2 cups whipping cream, hot
1/2 cups Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Sparks

Mix the cornstarch with the flour, Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme Powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Mix the butter with the sugar in another bowl, using a hand whisk, until the butter is light and perfectly combined, then add the eggs one by one and the vanilla. Gradually pour in the previous mixture of dry ingredients and mix; you should obtain a soft and easy-to-handle dough. Place in a plastic bag and flatten with your hands. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place parchment paper on a surface, then sprinkle with flour, place the dough, put another piece of parchment paper on top, and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm. Remove the top parchment paper and cut out tree shapes in pairs using a tree-shaped cookie cutter.
Place the tree shapes on a tray with the same parchment paper used to roll out the dough and bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes. Let cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
For the filling: Mix the Hershey's Dark Chocolate Baking Bar with the hot whipping cream until combined. Place in a piping bag or plastic bag to fill 7 of the tree shapes, and once filled, cover with the other 7 tree shapes.
For decoration: Place lines crossing the tree shape and top with Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme Chips. Place the alfajores on a wooden board and serve with a glass of hot milk.
