  • 1/4 cups Hershey's® Cookies 'n' Creme Powder, for the filling (125 g bag)
  • 4 cups cream cheese, in cubes, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk , for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the filling
  • 5 cups Cookies and Cream Biscuits, without white filling
  • Hershey's® Cookies 'n' Creme Chips, for decorating (326 g bag)
  • Mini Cookies 'n' Cream Cookies, for decorating

  • For the filling: blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and Hershey’s® Cookies 'n' Creme Powder until completely combined. Set aside.
  • Cover a 22 x 8 centimeter pastry ring, previously greased, with cling film to form a base, then cover the plastic base with a layer of cookies and cream, so that you completely line the surface.
  • Add a layer of the filling mixture over the cookie base. Once you put the first layer, place cookies around the ring to cover the circumference with cookies in a lateral position. Then, continue building the charlotte by adding another layer of cookies followed by another layer of filling.Repeat until you have 4 to 6 layers, the last layer should be filling. Finally, freeze the charlotte for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  • Unmold the Cookies 'n' Creme charlotte, decorate with Hershey’s® Cookies 'n' Creme Chips and mini cookies and cream cookies. Serve with your beverage of choice.
