  • 1 1/4 cups yellow corn kernels, (210g)
  • 1 1/4 cups white corn kernels, (210 g)
  • 2 1/2 cups flour, 375 g
  • 2 cups condensed milk, 600 ml
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, 95 g
  • 6 eggs, large (375 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil, 300 ml

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Blend the corn with the flour, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and vegetable oil until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a 25 cm diameter cake pan, previously greased and floured. Bake for 45 minutes or until it is fluffy and cooked.
  • Chill, cut, and enjoy.
