1 teaspoon baking powder
125 grams unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 panela cheese, smooth
1/4 cups cow's milk
powdered sugar

Eggs, corn, baking powder, butter, sugar, and panela cheese are blended in the blender (the corn should be cut off the cob, just the kernels).
If the corn is dry, soak it in milk before adding it to the blender.
Butter and breadcrumbs are placed in the mold, and the mixture is poured into the mold to fill it halfway or 3/4 full.
The mold is placed in a low oven for 1 hour to 45 minutes.
To decorate, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake once it is unmolded.
