Corn Cake with Panela Cheese

A delicious recipe for corn cake!!! Prepare it for this Mother's Day!!

  • 6 eggs
  • 8 ears corn
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 panela cheese, smooth
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • powdered sugar

  • Eggs, corn, baking powder, butter, sugar, and panela cheese are blended in the blender (the corn should be cut off the cob, just the kernels).
  • If the corn is dry, soak it in milk before adding it to the blender.
  • Butter and breadcrumbs are placed in the mold, and the mixture is poured into the mold to fill it halfway or 3/4 full.
  • The mold is placed in a low oven for 1 hour to 45 minutes.
  • To decorate, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake once it is unmolded.
