Corn Flan

No one can resist a flan and this is no exception! This tasty corn flan is soft and sweet and has just the right touch of corn for one of the most flavorful desserts you will ever try. Garnished with whipped cream and sweet corn kernels, this easy corn flan is set to become one of your favorite desserts.

  • 3/4 cups cajeta
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • Line flan pan with cajeta. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden.
  • For the flan: Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, corn kernels, eggs, and vanilla essence in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour flan mixture into cajeta-lined pan. Bake in a water bath for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the flan. Cool and unmold.
  • Garnish corn flan with whipped cream and corn kernels.
