No one can resist a flan, and this one will be no exception. It is very smooth and sweet with the perfect touch of corn, plus it is accompanied by whipped cream and sweet corn kernels that you will love.

3/4 cups cajeta
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
190 grams cream cheese
1 cup corn kernels
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
whipped cream, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Pour the cajeta into the flan mold and spread it across the base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let it harden.
For the flan, blend the condensed milk with evaporated milk, cream cheese, corn kernels, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour into the mold and bake in a water bath for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool and unmold.
Decorate with whipped cream and corn kernels.
