  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups Lala® butter , melted
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups yellow corn kernel
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup Lala® panela cheese
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter , melted, for glazing
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for glazing
  • Lala® panela cheese, for decoration
  • yellow corn kernel, for decoration

  • Mix the milk with the lemon juice. Let it sit for 15 minutes or until the milk has curdled.
  • In a bowl, mix Lala® Butter, honey, and sugar until the sugar is well integrated. Then incorporate the egg, corn kernels, flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Finally, add Lala® Panela Cheese in small cubes and mix lightly.
  • Place the mixture in a previously greased loaf pan. Bake at 180° C for 40 minutes.
  • Mix the butter and honey and pour over the loaf.
  • Decorate with corn kernels and Lala® Panela Cheese cubes.
