  • 5 ears corn, de-shelled
  • 150 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups artificial sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 10 corn husks, fresh
  • cajeta, sugar-free, for filling
