  • 230 grams cottage cheese , LYNCOTT
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups strawberry jam
  • 1 cup strawberry , fresh, sliced
  • 50 grams pistachios, chopped

  • Drain the whey from the cottage cheese.
  • Whisk the cottage cheese with the yogurt and vanilla extract.
  • In a pan, heat the strawberry jam and add the fresh strawberries. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl or glass cups, layer the cheese mixture, followed by the jam mixture, and so on.
  • To create a marbled effect, insert a knife into the mixture and then pull it out while rotating the bowl several times.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
