Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 stick cream cheese, 190 grams
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, 90 grams
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted (250 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Dice the butter and cream cheese.
  • In a glass bowl, beat the cream cheese with the butter by hand or in a blender if you prefer.
  • Once the two ingredients are incorporated, add the icing sugar little by little until the mixture is "fluffy".
  • Finally add the vanilla essence, here you could add vanilla bean if you want to give your bitumen a more intense flavor.
