Cream Cheese Frosting for Cakes

Delicious filling that can be used in a very special cake.

  • 1/2 kilos cream cheese
  • 1/2 kilos icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, or lemon juice

  • Place the cheese in a bowl and beat it preferably with an electric mixer until it becomes smooth and frothy, add the two tablespoons of cream, the powdered sugar (previously sifted) gradually, and then the vanilla extract or any essence you wish, mixing all the ingredients very well.
  • Use on breads, cakes, or fruit.
