  • 1/2 liters whipping cream
  • 2 tablets bittersweet chocolate
  • 20 ladyfingers

  • Cover the bottom of the platter with the ladyfingers.
  • Whip the cream until it becomes stiff.
  • Pour the cream over the ladyfingers.
  • Cover with half of the finely grated chocolate.
  • Add more ladyfingers on top, then cream again, and finally the chocolate.
  • Place in the refrigerator until cold.
