30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
120 grams pineapple gelatin
375 grams condensed milk
225 grams table cream
1 liter water
400 grams canned pineapple

Hydrate the gelatin in 200 milliliters of water.
Dissolve the pineapple gelatin in one liter of hot water.
Add the hydrated gelatin to the pineapple gelatin, mix, and let it cool.
Blend the gelatin with the condensed milk, chopped pineapple, pineapple syrup, and the cream.
Pour it into a mold of your choice, let it set in the refrigerator, and you're done.
