Creamy Toasts

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 180 grams unsalted butter , Melted
  • 2 eggs

  • Add the flour, eggs, butter, vanilla, milk, and sugar to a bowl, and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
  • Form small balls with the dough and flatten them until they are thin.
  • Cook in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
