  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cajeta
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 45 grams butter

  • Mix the flour, eggs, milk, and sugar in a large bowl. Then, whisk very well until everything is properly combined and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Melt a bit of butter in a non-stick frying pan and add half a ladle of the mixture. Move the pan in circles so that the mixture covers the entire surface. Lift the crepe with a wooden spatula and flip it over.
  • Heat the cajeta with a cube of butter in a frying pan. Place the crepes on a plate, drizzle them with hot cajeta, and add the walnuts.
