Mix the flour with the salt and the eggs.
Add the milk little by little until you achieve the desired consistency, it should be slightly thick but not too liquid or too hard.
Add the drop of oil and the melted butter.
Once you have achieved a smooth and homogeneous dough, let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Melt some butter in a pan. With a ladle, place the mixture in the pancake pan or frying pan and turn with your wrist so that it is well distributed.
Let cook for two minutes on each side. You can help yourself with a spatula to turn it.
You can fill them with whatever you prefer, either sweet or salty.
