  • Mix the flour with the salt and the eggs.
  • Add the milk little by little until you achieve the desired consistency, it should be slightly thick but not too liquid or too hard.
  • Add the drop of oil and the melted butter.
  • Once you have achieved a smooth and homogeneous dough, let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt some butter in a pan. With a ladle, place the mixture in the pancake pan or frying pan and turn with your wrist so that it is well distributed.
  • Let cook for two minutes on each side. You can help yourself with a spatula to turn it.
  • You can fill them with whatever you prefer, either sweet or salty.
