Crepes with Nutella and Banana

Prepare some delicious crepes and fill them with your favorite ingredients. A favorite is chocolate cream (Nutella) with banana. You can also make them savory with cheese and ham.

  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 bananas, ripe in slices
  • 1/2 tubs nutella, or chocolate

  • In a blender, add the milk, flour, eggs, oil, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  • Turn on the stove to medium heat and place a pan.
  • Put a few drops of oil on a small flat pan and make sure to cover the entire pan to prevent the crepes from sticking. (It shouldn't be filled with grease, so you can wipe it with a napkin to absorb some of the oil).
  • With a tablespoon, pour a bit of the blender mixture into the pan and cover the entire surface of the pan with a layer of the mixture. Wait for it to start browning and flip it quickly.
  • Once the crepe is ready (it should take less than 1 minute), place it on a plate and set aside.
  • Continue the same steps with the rest of the mixture.
  • Once all the crepes are ready, fill each one with a few tablespoons of melted chocolate and some slices of bananas.
