Cucumber Jelly

This cucumber jelly recipe is very refreshing, perfect for these hot days.

  • Dissolve each jelly in 800 milliliters of hot water and let it set in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the jelly into small squares.
  • Wash, peel, and remove the seeds from the cucumber, then cut it along with the pineapple into small cubes. Chop the walnut.
  • In a bowl, add the jelly, cucumber, pineapple, walnut, sour cream, and condensed milk, mix and serve.
