Amaretto Cupcakes with Whipped Cream

This recipe is very delicious and easy to prepare, it's a bit sticky at the bottom which will make you lick your fingers.

  • 3 tablespoons amaretto, for the batter
  • 1 cup whipping cream , for the whipped cream
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for the whipped cream
  • 1 pinch salt , for the whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon amaretto, for the whipped cream
  • almonds, toasted sliced (garnish)

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan (or microwave) and let it cool.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, salt, and sugar until well combined.
