1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cups brown sugar, well compact
1/4 cups cocoa
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1/8 teaspoons nutmeg
1 cup apple purée
1/3 cups unsalted butter , melted
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 egg
3/4 cups raisins
1 stick unsalted butter , softened for the cinnamon butter
2 tablespoons sugar , for the cinnamon butter
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon powder, for the cinnamon butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease the bottom of the molds (6 cm in diameter) or line with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, mix the flours, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a small bowl, combine the puree, butter, milk, and egg.
Add the dry ingredients; mix only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Add the grapes.
Fill the molds to 3/4 of their capacity.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.
Remove from molds and let cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the cinnamon butter. Serve with the cupcakes.
Cinnamon butter: In a small bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
