250 grams flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
125 grams sugar
50 grams cocoa
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
250 milliliters cow's milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons sour cream
100 grams butter, melted
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cups icing sugar
1 banana
150 grams chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Line the molds with cupcake liners.
Sift all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, and salt into a bowl and form a well. Set aside.
Combine the liquids: egg, milk, vanilla, cream, and melted butter until well combined.
Pour the liquids into the well and mix without overworking.
Place in the cupcake liners and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
Whip the cold cream until it forms peaks, add powdered sugar and the mashed banana.
Decorate the cupcake with cream to taste.
