Banana Chips Cupcake

Delicious chocolate cupcakes with chocolate chips and banana cream.

  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 50 grams cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 150 grams chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Line the molds with cupcake liners.
  • Sift all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa, and salt into a bowl and form a well. Set aside.
  • Combine the liquids: egg, milk, vanilla, cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Pour the liquids into the well and mix without overworking.
  • Place in the cupcake liners and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
  • Whip the cold cream until it forms peaks, add powdered sugar and the mashed banana.
  • Decorate the cupcake with cream to taste.
