Banana Split Cupcakes My Way

The bread from the recipe is fluffy and moist, perfect for the combination of flavors we will use for banana split.

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 200 grams flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tub whipped cream
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tub cajeta
  • walnuts, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time until well integrated.
  • Add half of the flour with baking powder and mix well.
  • Incorporate the milk and continue beating.
  • Add the other half of the flour and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Place in cupcake molds and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Slice the banana into pieces.
  • Decorate the cupcake with whipped cream.
  • Top with one or two slices of banana, a bit of jam, caramel, and nuts to taste.
