These cupcakes are perfect for the holiday season; besides their great decoration, their flavor is exquisite. I invite you to make them; you won't regret it.

fondant, in festive colors (red, green, white, etc.).

Medium
We sift the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon, and ginger, and mix in a bowl with the sugar.
In another bowl, we mix the eggs, milk, and vanilla and whisk a little with a whisk.
We cream the butter in the mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes, then add the sifted mixture and beat for another minute. We pour in the milk, eggs, and vanilla mixture until everything is integrated, then add the dried fruits and mix.
We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
We pour the mixture into a cupcake tray with liners. Fill 2/3 of the mold and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once ready, let them rest for 5 minutes in the tray, then remove and let cool on a rack.
You can buy the fondant ready-made or prepare it with 100 grams of marshmallows melted in a double boiler; let it cool slightly and mix with 250 grams of sifted powdered sugar until a smooth paste forms.
We divide the fondant into several parts and add gel color according to the shades you desire.
Once the cupcake is cool, we proceed to decorate with fondant (snowman, Christmas tree, etc.).
