Prepare the cake mix as indicated on the box, adding flour, eggs, water, and oil in a deep bowl and mix.
In cups or individual baking containers, place 1 cupcake liner in each cup. The microwave load is 6 cups.
Place 1 tablespoon of the chocolate cake mix inside each liner. The 6 cups are placed in the microwave for a time of 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, take out the 6 cups from the microwave and immediately flip the cups over; the cupcakes will come out easily. Put them back in their normal position and let them cool on a rack.
You will keep putting 6 cups of cupcakes in the microwave every 2 minutes, yielding exactly 30.
If you wish to decorate with whipped cream, you will need 1/2 liter of heavy cream; beat it for 3 minutes with a hand mixer, place it in a piping bag, and decorate with chocolate chips.
