500 grams all-purpose wheat flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
100 cocoa powder
1 salt
360 grams unsalted butter
400 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
500 milliliters water, hot
1 cup hazelnut chocolate cream, half is used for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the cocoa in the hot water.
Cream the butter, sugar, and 1/2 cup of the hazelnut cream with a spatula.
Add the eggs one by one.
Incorporate the dry ingredients and the cocoa previously dissolved in hot water.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool in the mold and remove them to decorate with the remaining hazelnut cream and candies.
