Churro Cupcakes

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • For the cupcakes, in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar, gradually add the flour, REXAL® baking powder, salt, cinnamon, the eggs one at a time, the yogurt, and the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into cupcake liners until they are ¾ full, bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the frosting, beat the butter with the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until you have a smooth frosting.
  • Using a piping bag with a star tip, decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and attach a small piece of churro.
  • Serve and accompany with milk.
