Coconut Cupcakes

With this coconut cupcake recipe, I want to participate; they are very delicious and easy to make.

  • 2 eggs , whole
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 190 grams margarine
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream
  • 2 cups flour

  • Beat the cream cheese with the margarine for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the milk, coconut cream, and the eggs one by one. Then add the coconut.
  • Finally, incorporate the flour and baking powder that have been sifted beforehand.
  • Grease and flour individual muffin molds, pour in the mixture, and bake for approximately 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean at 180 °C.
