  • 700 grams flour
  • 90 grams cocoa
  • 200 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 13 grams baking powder
  • 10 grams salt
  • 10 grams baking soda

  • Dissolve the coffee in the cup of warm water, beat all the ingredients and incorporate the eggs one by one and the flour at the end without mixing too much, pour into individual molds for muffins and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
